Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.

Research and analyze potential clients, competitors, and market trends.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and digital channels.

Use CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and follow-ups efficiently.
2. Client Acquisition:

Approach potential clients, introduce the company’s services/products, and explain benefits tailored to their needs.

Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations.
-
Build a pipeline of qualified prospects and convert leads into customers.

Schedule meetings, online demos, and presentations with decision-makers.
3. Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to meet them.

Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure retention.
4. Sales Strategy & Planning:

Support in developing and implementing sales strategies in line with business goals.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provide market feedback to senior management regarding pricing, products, and competitor activities.

Participate in the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
5. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and client feedback.

Track KPIs and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Study industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging market needs.

Stay updated with the latest business and industry developments.

Analyze competitors’ offerings, strengths, and weaknesses to craft better propositions.
