About the Role
Aishwarya Groups is hiring energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to expand our real estate sales team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, field activities, and digital platforms.- Contact and qualify prospective customers.- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects.- Schedule and conduct property site visits.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.- Follow up with prospects until closure.- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales processing.
Required Skills
- Sales and Business Development- Real Estate Sales (preferred but not mandatory)- Lead Generation- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)- Negotiation and Closing Skills- Communication and Presentation Skills- Target-Oriented Approach- Basic Computer and Smartphone Knowledge
Eligibility
- Education: 10th Pass or above- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.- Languages: Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
