Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Services division. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth while possessing excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, pitching IT solutions, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business expansion and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, professional networks, and databases.

Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.

Qualify prospects based on their IT requirements and budget suitability.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Client Acquisition & Business Growth

Approach potential clients and present IT solutions, products, and services effectively.

Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client needs.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of IT services.

Convert leads into customers by driving negotiations and closing deals successfully.
3. Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service-related issues.

Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, new business opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Keep track of emerging technologies and IT services that align with customer needs.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketing approaches.

Provide insights to management for strategic planning and positioning.
5. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client communications.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance analyses.

Present updates to senior management regarding sales performance and business achievements.

Utilize CRM software to manage client data and monitor business pipelines.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional strategies.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper understanding of client requirements.

Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Share market insights with cross-functional teams to support business planning.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical & IT Knowledge

Basic understanding of IT services, software development, cloud solutions, web development, mobile apps, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients in a simple and persuasive manner.

Familiarity with IT terminologies, trends, and emerging technologies will be an added advantage.
2. Sales & Marketing Skills

Strong background in lead generation, prospecting, and client conversion.
