Job Overview
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. The role involves research, sales strategy, client engagement, and partnership development, making it a crucial position in expanding a company’s market presence.
The BDE acts as a bridge between the company and potential clients, representing the brand professionally while achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, target-oriented, persuasive, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

4. Proposal & Presentation Development

Assist in creating marketing materials, case studies, and client success stories.

Ensure all proposals and presentations are aligned with company standards and branding.
5. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services to clients.

Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs, client preferences, and potential improvements.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.

Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, sales pipeline, and market trends.

7. Market Research & Analysis
