Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain a sales pipeline with customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
