Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers. 
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. 
  • Maintain a sales pipeline with customer interactions. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
