Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and goal-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our market reach and increase revenue. The BDE will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall company growth by generating leads, pitching products or services, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a strong understanding of the sales process. This role is crucial for any organization aiming to strengthen its position in the market, launch new offerings, or enter new territories.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, online research, and industry events.

Generate qualified leads by engaging with prospects and understanding their business needs.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
2. Sales and Client Acquisition:

Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings to explain product or service offerings.

Deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations that address the specific needs of the prospect.

Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a high conversion rate from lead to customer.
3. Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups, service checks, and prompt resolution of issues.

Act as the point of contact for clients during the onboarding and post-sales support process.

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
4. Market Research and Strategy Development:

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.

Provide input for pricing, positioning, and new product development based on client and market insights.

Assist in developing strategic plans for expanding into new markets or customer segments.

Stay updated with industry developments, government regulations, and emerging technologies.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:

Coordinate with marketing, product, operations, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Work closely with the Business Development Manager to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, client communications, and deals in CRM systems.
