Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach via cold calling, emails, and social media. 
• Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. 
• Sales Generation: Actively identify and engage potential clients to promote our chit schemes and drive sales. 
• Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to approach customers for collections and provide exceptional customer service. 
• Lead Development: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. 
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Market Expansion: Attend networking events to attract and retain clients, identifying new revenue opportunities. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and to search.
