Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will be the face of our organization in identifying prospects, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online platforms, networking, cold calling, etc.)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Schedule and conduct client meetings and product presentations.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Negotiate and close business deals.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain a CRM and prepare regular reports on pipeline, activity, and performance.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
