Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
• Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, and retailers to expand market presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.

• Travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas for business development activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad and Gujarat will be an advantage.
