We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
- Actively engage in lead generation through cold calls, emails, social media, networking, and events.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud, web/mobile development, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects through the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM data, prepare regular sales reports, and forecast revenue trends.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services (software development, cloud, digital transformation, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
