Job Description:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, lead generation, B2B sales, and corporate training sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop corporate and B2B client relationships.
- Identify opportunities with corporates, colleges, and institutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, email and WhatsApp.
- Maintain CRM/lead trackers and regular sales reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Good presentation and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Experience in IT Training, Education Sales, B2B Sales or Corporate Training Sales is preferred.
