Job Title:* Backend Sales and Marketing Executive
*Location:* Andheri (e) MIDC, Mumbai
*Company:* Arkoun FarmsSalary - upto 3 LPA / Annual plus Incentive
*About Us:*We Arkoun Farms are a sustainable hydroponic farm dedicated to providing fresh, healthy, and residue-free vegetables, fruits and ready-to-eat salads. We are seeking a dynamic, soft-spoken, and results-driven Backend Tele Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team.
*Job Summary:*Backend Tele Marketing & Sales Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing operations. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for handling client interactions and collaborating with the Marketing and procurement team to ensure seamless operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Client Communication:* Engage with B2C clients via calls, emails, and messages, ensuring a positive and professional experience.* *Sales & Marketing Calls:* Initiate and manage sales calls to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals. Participate in BTL activities. * *Problem Solving:* Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.* *Collaboration:* Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with inventory availability.
*Key Requirements:*
* *Excellent Communication Skills:* Fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi. soft-spoken, and persuasive.* *Client Handling Skills:* Ability to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain long-term relationships.* *Sales & Marketing Acumen:* Passion for sales and marketing, with the drive to achieve revenue targets.* *Organizational Skills:* Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and timely reporting.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Graduate * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client management is an advantage.* Proficient in MS Office
