Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact role requiring excellent communication skills, market research ability, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through various channels – online research, cold calling, networking, and attending events.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demos with decision-makers.

Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects using CRM tools.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with the company’s offerings.

Provide timely follow-ups and support to convert leads into long-term clients.
3. Sales Presentations & Proposals

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.

Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products/services effectively.

Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals to meet assigned sales targets.
4. Market Research & Strategy

Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Identify areas for growth and develop strategic plans to tap into new markets.

Provide input on marketing campaigns and promotional activities based on field insights.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate sales reports, client interactions, and deal statuses using CRM systems.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Ensure all documentation, contracts, and agreements are accurate and properly filed.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product, operations, and finance to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings or customer service.
