Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at market research, lead generation, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Sales and Conversion:

Conduct needs assessments, deliver persuasive presentations, and close sales deals to achieve high conversion rates.

·       Client Engagement:

Reach out to potential clients and build strong relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored offerings.

·       Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate sales records, provide performance reports, and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
