About the Role
AVM Labs is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to strengthen our client network across GCC regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting AVM Labs' diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with 100+ active clients across GCC locations.
- Identify new business opportunities through market mapping and lead generation.
- Develop and onboard new clients to expand the business.
- Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services and increase brand awareness.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints with timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Record all client interactions, updates, and follow-up activities accurately in the ERP system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Achieve assigned business development and client acquisition targets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or BDS.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
- Candidates with healthcare or diagnostic industry exposure will have an added advantage.
