Job Summary

AVM Labs is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our client relationships and expand our presence across GCC markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of 100+ active clients across GCC locations.
• Identify and onboard new clients through market mapping and business development activities.
• Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services and increase brand visibility in assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely support and follow-ups.
• Address client concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and business activities in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry) or DMLT.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn ERP systems.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
