Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for student enrolments, lead conversion, and revenue growth by promoting IT training programs offered by Besant Technologies.
Skills & Qualifications

Education - Any Graduate
Skills - Strong communication & persuasion skills Tamil & English
Good follow-up & Negotiation skills - Comfortable with targets & incentives
Experience :
0 – 2 years ( Freshers with strong communication can also apply)
Salary & Benefits
CTC - ₹2.15 – ₹4.0 LPA (depends on experience)

Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible based)
10.30 AM - 7.30 PM (flexible based)
11.30 AM - 8.30 PM (flexible based)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online leads (website, WhatsApp, calls)
- Explain IT courses, certifications, fees, and placement support
- Convert enquiries into student admissions
- Follow up on cold and warm leads
- Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and placement partners
- Generate new corporate training & bulk enrolment leads
- Identify new markets and promotional opportunities
- Maintain long-term client and student relationships
- Support digital marketing campaigns (calls, WhatsApp, email follow-ups)
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation
- Coordinate with trainers and placement teams
- Maintain CRM / lead tracking reports
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Prepare daily MIS & performance reports
