Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Identify and target potential Gated Communities in the Bangalore area.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, physical visit and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Achieving the given target with revenue generation.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using Score10's platform.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Sales and Negotiation:
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.   
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
