Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Specialist-Edtech at Bilivin Education's Mumbai location. In this role, the Program Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing educational programs, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering a high-quality learning experience. The responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, providing customer support to learners, analyzing program performance, and assisting with training initiatives. The Program Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of programs and optimal learner engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong Program Management and organizational skills to efficiently oversee educational programs.
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to evaluate program outcomes and optimize performance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Training and the ability to guide and support learners and team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to address learner queries and provide personalized assistance.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in the EdTech or education sector is a plus.
