We are seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving our company's growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Proposal Development: Create and present customized proposals that address client needs and objectives.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales pipeline activity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
