Job Overview
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves market research, outreach, pitching products or services, negotiating deals, and achieving revenue targets.
The BDE serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a key role in expanding the company’s market presence. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, and analytical skills, along with a strategic mindset to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.

4. Market Research & Analysis

Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies for business growth.
5. Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

6. Customer Support & Follow-up
