Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities-
· Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
· Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
· Building and maintaining a CRM database.
· Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Participating in sales team meetings.

· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through research, online platforms, social media, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.

Create and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads across targeted segments.

Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making ability.
2. Sales and Business Growth:

Present and promote products or services to prospective clients through various channels – in-person meetings, virtual demos, phone calls, and emails.

Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions aligned with business goals.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to drive closure of deals.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
3. Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent support and follow-ups.

Act as a point of contact between the customer and internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research and Strategy:

Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.

Gather client and market feedback to help refine offerings and marketing strategies.

Suggest improvements in the sales process and help identify new revenue channels.
5. Reporting and Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
