Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align business strategies.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Maintain sales reports, lead tracking, and customer feedback in CRM software.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business growth strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking software.
