Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and Implement Partnership Strategy that aligned with the company's objectives to increase brand awareness and market presence. 

  • Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities through research. 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, alignment, and effective collaboration. 

  • Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives in partnership with external brands. 

  • Track and analyze the performance metrics of brand partnerships, measuring the success and impact of collaborations, and providing insights for future strategies. 

  • Stay update of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration ideas. 

Qualification:-

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 

  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, alliance management, or business development, preferably in the consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle industry. 

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and partnership strategies, with a track record of developing successful partnerships and alliances. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative partnership concepts and marketing campaigns.
