Identify and target potential clients in the education, publishing, ed-tech, and corporate training sectors.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate animation solutions (2D/3D, elearning modules, explainer videos, etc.).
Pitch and present service offerings through meetings, emails, calls, and video demos.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Collaborate with the production and creative teams to create customized proposals and pricing models.
Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the e-learning/animation/creative
production industry.
Strong understanding of animation workflows, e-learning content types, and industry deliverables.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into business opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.
Prior experience in dealing with schools, publishers, ed-tech companies, or production houses.
Knowledge of animation production cycles (storyboard, animatic, VO, animation, post- production).
Salary- 2.4 LPA- 3.6 LPA
Gender- Female Preferred
Working Days- 6 days
Timings- 10 AM-7 PM
