Job Description

 Driving a business growth within A company.
 Develop a network of contacts to attract a new client.
 Research a new market opportunities and overseas growth projects.
 Researching, planning and implementing new target market initiatives.

 Regular onsite visit at client premises for a services check-up.
 Conducting regular onsite training/refresher training session at client premises.
 Work with the HR teams to ensure which services are used to the optimum benefit.

 Screening the resume as per the client’s specification, identify the potential candidates. through a job sites, referral and internet searches.
 Negotiation to the candidates on the salary.
 Scheduling the candidates for the telephonic or F2F interviews.
 Following up with the candidates till he joins the company.
 Coordinating with a client.
 Networking.
 Responsible for full cycle of recruitment.
 Understand the requirements of our various clients.
 Follow up with clients and find the status of the employees.
 Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time.
 Client interaction.
 Resolving issues arising due to payment, collection and provisioning.
 Target: 1 new business contact every month
