Job Description
Cassopeia Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Business Development Executive! We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in business development.
Should have good computer skill.
Good convincing power.
Should have presentable and good communication skill
Handling walk in and telephonic inquiries
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online research.

Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and online platforms.

Maintain an updated database of prospective clients and track all interactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.

Present and promote company products/services to new and existing clients in a professional manner.

Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person), deliver presentations, and negotiate business deals or service terms.

Follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to conversion.
3. Sales Execution:

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical, operations) to align sales efforts and deliver client requirements.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales agreements as required.

Close deals and ensure proper handover to the operations or service team for execution.
4. Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Contribute to developing sales strategies and go-to-market plans based on insights from clients and the industry.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings or promotional campaigns.
5. Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and sales reports.

Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Analyze sales data and use insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
