We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to identify new revenue streams.
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and agency growth.
2. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
4. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
5. Collaborate with the internal marketing and project teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with potential clients.
8. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and business intelligence software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients when required.
