Position: Business Development Executive
Civilianz, the leading coaching institute for Civil Engineering competitive exams, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through online research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Reach out to decision-makers in target companies to pitch products/services and schedule meetings.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Present the company’s offerings in a clear, compelling manner during calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to offer customized business solutions.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales & Conversions:

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and agreements within company policies.

Follow up consistently with leads and move them through the sales funnel to closure.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
4. Market Research & Strategy:

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Provide regular feedback to management regarding market response, customer needs, and new opportunities.

Participate in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
5. Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, conversations, and deals using CRM or sales tools.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and participate in sales meetings.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
