We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Clinogenesis Research Institute. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and navigate the sales process will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B/B2C clients.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Pitch products/services to prospective customers and close deals.
- Develop sales presentations and proposals for clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategy to enhance revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a CRM database and track sales performance.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections, queries, and negotiations effectively.
