Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Research and identify potential clients through online databases, cold calls, referrals, networking, social media, and industry events.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce products and services.

Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and budget availability.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase offerings and address client requirements.

Understand client business models, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to strengthen relationships and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business development goals and revenue targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts based on client requirements.

Participate in pricing discussions and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services and communicate their value to prospective clients.
4. Market Analysis and Business Intelligence

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, competitive landscape, and new market opportunities.

Monitor industry developments and analyze customer feedback to support product/service improvements.

Provide insights and suggestions to senior management based on market intelligence and performance data.
5. Reporting and CRM Management

Update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development progress, lead status, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.

Track KPIs and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and pipeline health.
6. Collaboration and Internal Coordination

Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and customer delivery.

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products/services once deals are closed.

Provide feedback to relevant departments to help refine offerings and improve client satisfaction.
