Job Description
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our Training Division and help us grow our reach globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads for corporate/individual training programs through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners.
- Promote Coderzon's specialized training offerings through presentations, webinars, email campaigns, and meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Regularly follow up with leads, maintain CRM data, and provide sales reports to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the education, training, or IT sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms is a plus.
