We are hiring Cloud Inside Sales Representatives for a leading client in the AWS Cloud and IT Services industry. This opportunity is open to both Freshers and Experienced Professionals who are looking to build a career in cloud sales, business development, and technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their cloud and IT infrastructure requirements.
- Promote AWS Cloud solutions, managed services, and related technology offerings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Coordinate with technical and solution teams to provide customized recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in cloud computing, technology, and IT services.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of AWS, Cloud Computing, SaaS, or IT Services will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc IT, BE, B.Tech, MBA preferred).
- Internship experience in sales, business development, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
For Experienced Candidates
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Cloud Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Sales.
- Experience in selling cloud solutions, managed services, AWS, Azure, or related IT offerings will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
