Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Market Research:

Identify Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential clients in target markets, including understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with company offerings.

Cold Calling and Networking: Actively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and other outreach methods.

Qualification of Leads: Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals and target client base.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and building trust.

Consultative Selling: Act as a consultant to clients, understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, addressing concerns, and delivering on promises.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving the growth of the business through strategic sales initiatives.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and finalizing contracts.

Proposal and Contract Management: Develop and present proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure proper documentation for the sales process.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure that business development efforts are aligned with company goals.
