Position Overview
A Business Development Executive plays a vital role in driving a company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring revenue generation. This position involves a mix of sales, marketing, networking, and strategy implementation to expand the company’s market reach and strengthen its competitive position.
The BDE acts as the first point of contact for potential clients, communicates the value proposition effectively, and works to convert leads into loyal customers. This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

2. Client Acquisition

3. Relationship Management

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

6. Reporting and Documentation
