Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Research, identify, and qualify potential corporate clients using various sources (LinkedIn, directories, CRM databases, market research, etc.).

Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and participation in industry events and networking.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

Initiate contact with key decision-makers (CXOs, procurement managers, department heads) in target organizations.

Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business needs, challenges, and goals.

Establish long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Solution Selling and Presentations

Develop and deliver customized business proposals, product demos, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Understand and communicate the unique value proposition of the company’s solutions compared to competitors.

Recommend appropriate products/services that best meet client needs, creating win-win outcomes.
4. Negotiation and Deal Closure

Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure contracts or purchase orders.

Handle objections professionally, ensuring client concerns are addressed before finalizing the deal.

Ensure all agreements are documented accurately and follow the internal sales process and approval workflows.
5. Market Intelligence and Reporting

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Gather and relay client feedback to marketing, product, and management teams to inform business strategy.

Submit regular sales reports (weekly/monthly) highlighting activities, progress against targets, and market insights.
6. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with sales strategy.

Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding post-deal closure.

Attend internal sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
