Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Executive for our Real Estate & Digital Marketing firm. The role involves client acquisition, lead generation, follow-ups, customer handling, and sales growth. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Freshers and experienced both can apply. Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development – Real Estate

  • Identify potential clients, investors, and property buyers for residential and commercial projects.

  • Pitch property solutions to Hotels, Corporates, Investors, and Individual Buyers.

  • Work with developers, property owners, and brokers to generate exclusive leads.

  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

  • Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and property valuations.

  • Assist clients in making informed real estate investment decisions.

2. Business Development – Digital Marketing

  • Generate business for digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Website Design, and Branding Solutions.

  • Pitch customized marketing strategies to real estate clients as well as other industries.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for recurring marketing campaigns.

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the digital marketing team to deliver solutions.

  • Monitor market competition and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.

3. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Proactively identify new opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and online platforms.

  • Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers for both real estate and digital services.

  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, update sales pipelines, and follow up with prospects.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.

  • Provide after-sales support, feedback collection, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Address client queries promptly and provide solutions to retain long-term business relationships.

5. Marketing & Branding Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities, campaigns, and events.

  • Attend property exhibitions, trade fairs, and digital marketing conferences to generate leads.

  • Suggest creative strategies to strengthen the firm’s brand positioning in both industries.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business performance.

  • Maintain updated records of clients, property listings, and marketing contracts.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate for real estate deals, digital service contracts, and client agreements.

Skills Required

  1. Sales & Negotiation Skills

    • Ability to pitch services and properties effectively to high-value clients.

    • Strong persuasion skills to close deals in competitive environments.

  2. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).

    • Confidence in presenting ideas, handling objections, and building trust.

    • Understanding of real estate industry trends, property laws, and investment opportunities.

    • Awareness of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and client requirements.

  4. Analytical & Research Skills

    • Ability to analyze property markets, customer behavior, and marketing performance.

    • Use data to support decision-making and strategy development.

  5. Technical & Digital Competence

    • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Basic understanding of digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO dashboards (preferred).

    • Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
