Education :Any graduation 
Preferred Language: English, Hindi, Telugu  

Position Overview

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves generating leads, pitching products or services, closing deals, and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients.

A BDE serves as a bridge between the company and the client, ensuring that customer needs are understood and fulfilled while achieving the organization’s sales and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and social media.

  • Build and maintain a prospect database for targeted campaigns.

  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Justdial, Indiamart, or industry directories to identify potential customers.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Approach potential clients to introduce products and services.

  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Understand client requirements and customize solutions accordingly.

3. Market Research and Business Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

  • Provide feedback to the management team for improving sales strategies and product positioning.

  • Identify niche markets and new segments to target for business expansion.

4. Sales Pitching and Negotiation

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches to potential clients.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure profitable business deals.

  • Address client objections and provide solutions to close deals successfully.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver client requirements.

  • Work closely with the pre-sales team to prepare proposals and quotations.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for new clients.

6. Target Achievement and Reporting

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain proper records of leads, calls, meetings, and conversions.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

7. Customer Retention and Upselling

  • Develop strategies for customer retention and ensure a high satisfaction rate.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing products or services.

  • Build long-term relationships with key clients to maximize lifetime value.

  • Ability to persuade, influence, and close deals effectively.
