Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify new sales leads through various channels including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.

Understand the target market, customer profiles, and company offerings to find potential clients.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Client Outreach and Relationship Building:

Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or face-to-face meetings.

Conduct client meetings to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain strong follow-up discipline to keep prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle.
3. Proposal Development and Sales Presentations:

Prepare and present customized business proposals, quotations, and product/service demonstrations.

Collaborate with internal departments to develop pricing strategies and timelines for deliverables.

Negotiate contract terms and close sales with the help of the sales manager or senior team, if required.
4. Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to identify new opportunities.

Analyze market data to identify patterns, threats, and growth opportunities.

Share feedback with internal teams to support product development and service improvement.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and updated records of business development activities in the CRM system.

Generate and submit regular reports on sales performance, lead conversions, and future prospects.

6. Coordination and Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach.
