Job Description
2. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies
3. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue potential clients

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through various sources such as online research, databases, cold calling, social media, and industry events.

Generate high-quality leads and convert them into meetings or presentations.

Understand the target market and customer segments to focus efforts on high-potential clients.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Initiate contact with prospective customers via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Follow up with leads consistently to move them through the sales funnel.

Act as the point of contact between the client and the internal team for seamless communication and execution.

Product/Service Presentation

Conduct product or service presentations, virtual demos, or walkthroughs to demonstrate how the offering meets the client’s needs.

Customize pitches based on client pain points and business goals.

Clearly communicate value propositions, pricing, and competitive advantages.

Sales Execution

Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Record all client interactions, deals, and progress using CRM software or reporting systems.

Work with the finance and legal teams to complete agreements and onboarding processes.

Market Analysis & Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives based on market demand.

Customer Retention & Upselling

Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

Assist in resolving client issues or concerns in coordination with support teams.

Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation activities with campaigns.
