 The candidate will be primarily responsible for handling B2B Outbound Dialing & generate Leads through Cold Calling him/her.

 Needs to regularly deliver the high-performance numbers, benchmark quality, greater turn-around time, and improvements in the process.
 To Deliver the Leads Quality as per Defined Criteria.

 To make sure all the Parameters Defined are Delivered.

 Planning and managing workflow, productivity, turnaround time, and quality standards.

 Learn and implement new methods and techniques to enhance self-performance and increase value to the Client.

 Becoming a product expert.

 Meeting sales targets and KPIs on a monthly or weekly basis.

 Attending meetings and conferences as a representative of the company.

 Demonstrate outstanding planning and time management abilities.
