Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, online research, or attending industry events.

Qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and meetings to assess their business potential and readiness to engage.

Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools or sales trackers.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and propose suitable products or service solutions.

Follow up on leads, provide product demos, presentations, or proposals, and convert inquiries into business.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate terms and close deals professionally and profitably.

Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
-
Conduct regular market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings.
-
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams for improvement.
5. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and deals closed.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
