Job Description

We’re on the lookout for an energetic, target-driven, and client-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Schedule client meetings and conduct direct field visits.
Call and follow up on leads provided by the company.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Conduct market research and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Represent the company at meetings and networking events.

Requirements

Malayalam & English proficiency is mandatory .
Minimum 1 year of client relationship or Business Development experience in a digital marketing agency is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates from Kerala only preferred
