Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and use of online platforms (LinkedIn, business directories, CRM tools).

Generate high-quality leads via cold calling, emails, referrals, trade shows, and digital outreach.

Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budgets, and decision-making capacity.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

Establish contact with prospective customers and understand their business challenges and requirements.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Serve as a point of contact for new customers and provide consistent support during the sales process.
3. Product/Service Presentation

Deliver compelling product or service presentations tailored to the client's specific needs.

Clearly communicate product value, pricing, competitive advantages, and ROI to clients.

Arrange and conduct online or in-person meetings, demos, or walkthroughs in collaboration with the technical or product team.
4. Sales Conversion and Negotiation

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and agreements based on client requirements.

Negotiate terms of deals, including pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Close deals in a timely and profitable manner in line with business goals.
5. Reporting and CRM Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.

Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
6. Market Intelligence and Strategy

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback from the market to help refine products, marketing strategies, and service offerings.

Assist in defining sales strategies and marketing campaigns to target key industries or regions.
7. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with marketing, product, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Participate in strategy sessions and contribute ideas for new markets, lead sources, and value propositions.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions when needed.
