Job Title : Business Development Executive
Job Location : BKC, Mumbai
Shift timings and Working Days : IST 7 pm to 3:30 am, Monday to Friday
Employment Type : Full Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, explore new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
o Analyze industry trends and competitors to craft strategic plans.
2. Lead Generation:
o Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and other channels.
o Maintain and update a database of potential clients.
3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
o Establish strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
o Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
4. Proposal Development and Presentation:
o Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
o Collaborate with internal teams to create custom solutions for client requirements.
5. Sales and Revenue Growth:
o Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
o Monitor and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies.
6. Collaboration and Reporting:
o Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
o Prepare regular reports on progress, forecasts, and customer feedback for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales,
business development, or a similar role (Fresher or 1+ years preferred).

Strong communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
·
Proficiency in CRM software
and MS Office Suite.
·
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.
·
Self-motivated with a
results-driven approach.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in similar industry.
· Knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools.
· Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management
Annual Gross Salary : 3 LPA to 4 LPA + Travelling and Food Allowance
