Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Follow-ups

Generate and track leads through marketing efforts and regular follow-ups.
Cold Calling & Outreach

Call and guide prospective students, resolving queries and assisting in enrollment.
College & Institute Visits

Visit colleges/coaching centers, promote courses, and distribute marketing materials.
Workshops & Events
-
Plan and organize seminars/workshops with smooth coordination and promotion.
Sales & Marketing
-
Manage inbound/outbound inquiries and execute marketing strategies.
Admission Counselling
-
Counsel walk-in students, suggest suitable courses, and support them through the admission process.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.
Preferred Attributes:

Self-driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Comfortable with targets and field/client visits.

Fluent in English and local language(s).

Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales is a plus.
