Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, online platforms, and networking.

Generate high-quality leads by contacting businesses via phone, email, and direct visits.

Attend business expos, networking events, or webinars (if required) to build new connections.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Building

Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand their requirements.

Deliver persuasive presentations, product/service demonstrations, or proposals.

Build long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients through regular follow-ups and consistent communication.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution

Understand company offerings thoroughly to present relevant solutions to clients.

Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Handle client objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
4. CRM and Data Management

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress using Excel or CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the management.

Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
5. Coordination & Team Support

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create tailored client proposals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Provide timely updates to management on challenges, feedback, or suggestions from the field.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.

Gather feedback from clients and share insights with product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
