● Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate the luxury corporate market.
● Conduct thorough market research to identify luxury corporate projects and potential clients.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
● Identify and engage with developers, architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals involved in luxury corporate projects.
3. Sales and Negotiation:
● Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of luxury corporate projects.

● Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Brand Promotion and Events:

5. Reporting and Analysis:
● Provide weekly and monthly reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
● Analyze sales data and market trends to continuously refine and improve business strategies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree with MBA.
● Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on the luxury corporate market.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and establishing strong client relationships in the luxury sector.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong network of contacts within the luxury real estate and design communities.
● Ability to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
● Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
● Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
