Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, digital channels, and market research.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged throughout the decision-making process.

Develop strong client relationships that foster trust and long-term business engagement.
3. Sales and Conversion:

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes tailored to client needs.

Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs.
4. Market Research and Strategy:

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

Assist in developing marketing strategies, sales tactics, and promotional activities.

Provide feedback to management on product features, market demand, and customer preferences.
5. CRM and Reporting:

Update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Track key metrics such as leads generated, deals closed, customer interactions, and revenue generated.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management with updates on pipeline progress and outcomes.
6. Collaboration and Team Support:

Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, product development, and customer service.
