Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.

  • Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits to pitch services/products.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand their needs.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently to different stakeholders.

3. Sales & Conversion

  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

  • Follow up on leads and move prospects through the sales cycle.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals in coordination with management.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Act as the point of contact for clients post-sales for onboarding or service coordination.

  • Encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.

5. Market Research & Strategy

  • Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve services.

  • Contribute to business growth strategies and quarterly sales planning.

6. Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and status updates in CRM/Excel.

  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with your reporting manager.

  • Track progress against KPIs and targets.
